Not yet, but we will very soon! We're working on finding the best plating method to ensure it doesn't tarnish.

Is the photo part printed or engraved?

The image is laser engraved using a high-quality, precise machine for a photo-realistic finish.

Can you engrave eyes of kids, babies, or pets?

Absolutely! We can engrave the eyes of anyone or any pet you choose.

How do I upload a picture for my bracelet?

Simply click the "Upload Photo" button on the product page. You can upload a full-face photo or crop it to fit the bracelet dimensions. If you don't crop the photo, we will handle it for you.

What if I don't have my photo ready when I purchase?

You can purchase the bracelet without uploading a photo to secure your order. Once you have the photo, send it to us via email at info@eclipora.com. Your order will then be prioritized and shipped promptly.

Our products are made of high-quality stainless steel, making them waterproof and resistant to sweat.

Can I wear your jewelry in water?

Orders & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 7-12 days within the USA. Please note that it takes about a week to process the order since each bracelet is personalized and made to order. Our artists carefully work on each piece, and we ensure it meets our high standards before shipping.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us and send a photo of the damaged item. We will send you a new bracelet immediately.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us here immediately. We will look into the status of your order, and if the order has yet to start with the printing process, it may be able to be changed or canceled.

What is the current status of my order?

Right after you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an additional e-mail with the tracking information. You can use this information to track the shipment of your order until it is delivered. We will keep you updated via email.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation. Why not?

If the payment has been processed and you have not received a confirmation e-mail after two hours, please contact us. Please also check your spam inbox. 

I made a mistake with my shipping address. What can I do?

If you accidentally filled in the wrong address, please contact us. as soon as possible. We will try our best to solve this issue for you. Please note that the delivery of your package may be delayed.

My payment has failed. What should I do?

A few issues could have occurred.

Did you get the notification ‘Payment failed’ after you went through the payment procedure? Here are a few solutions: delete your cookies and cache data, use a different browser, or use another payment method. If this does not solve the problem, please contact us.
